By purchasing a ticket for a LeChat Education event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Event Registration
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your event details after completing your purchase.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved payment providers. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations and refund eligibility. LeChat Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and offered rescheduling options or refunds where applicable.
4. Liability
By attending a LeChat Education event, you acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary. LeChat Education shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the event.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, demonstrations, and educational content provided during the event are the intellectual property of LeChat Education and may not be reproduced, distributed, or recorded without prior written consent.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
